The court was told Georgina Bray was seen performing a sex act on Carl Stoiles before engaging in sexual intercourse with him in the van in Brownhill Avenue, Burnley. The incident is said to have happened on Wednesday.

Stoiles was remanded in custody until March 15 and Bray on bail to the same burley. Bray 36, and Stoiles, 37, both of Fielden Street, Burnley, are tly charged with being drunk in charge of under seven years of age, outraging public decency by engaging in sexual activity in a vehicle in clear view of passers by, engaging in sexual activity in the presence of and failing to provide a specimen burnleh breath for analysis.
She also saw the couple swigging from a vodka bottle. She was ordered to carry out 40 days worth of rehabilitation activity. Stoiles, 38, of Feilden Street, Burnley, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency, dangerous driving and failing to provide a specimen.

Both pleaded not guilty to all the charges put to buenley and were sent to Burnley Inn Court to stand trial. Her attention was alerted because of the behaviour of the two people in the van. The same witness later saw the van being driven erratically and dangerously through several residential streets, including Carholme Avenue, Brownhill Lonely girls Mountain Home, Stroyan Street, Irene Street and Chatburn Avenue, before witnessing them having sex in the front of the white Ford Transit.
Bray, also of Feilden Street, who also pleaded guilty to outraging public decency was handed a nine month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. Stoiles is charged alone with dangerous driving on Carholme Avenue, Brownhill Avenue, Stroyan Street, Irene Street and Chatburn Avenue, Burnley, and assaulting a police officer with intent to resist arrest.
Burnley Crown Court heard how, on February 13, a witness saw Stoiles and co-defendant, Georgina Bray, parked in an obstructive manner at a junction in Burnley.
